What Will I Find When I Step Into The Backyard?
The Backyard is committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment in which kids of all ages will learn how to become, “faithful men and women of God.” Below, you’ll find the classes we offer for your children each and every Sunday at Solomon’s Porch.
The Sandbox (Nursery): Birth – 2 Years
The Garden: 3 – 5 Years
Step into The Garden and discover a place where little kids learn big things. In The Garden your toddler will begin to grow in knowledge and understanding of God’s Word. Each week your toddler will enjoy an age-appropriate Bible lesson in a fun and playful atmosphere.
The Backyard: Kindergarten – 6th Grade
Take a look in The Backyard and witness children embarking on a great adventure. Each week your child will enjoy games, activities, reflection and prayer. It is difficult to be bored in The Backyard. You’ll find drama, comedy, action, and adventure led by your two kids pastors. Your child will take an active role in his/her spiritual growth in The Backyard. Lessons in The Backyard are on the same topic as you will hear in the adult service. We encourage you to discuss lessons with your family throughout the week.
